Cement Mason Laborer

Full Time & Part Time

Concrete Laborer - Specializes in building structures from concrete forms, wood and various

other concrete materials under the direction of the Concrete Construction Foreman and other

Company leadership. Duties include designing and building forms, pouring concrete, spreading,

leveling screeding using various tools. They may also apply sealers and stains to finish the concrete. This is an entry-level career, but to be successful you should have excellent physical stamina and enjoy working with your hands. This career is physically demanding; and requires lifting, carrying, pulling, bending, and kneeling to place formwork and concrete. Other responsibilities include helping prepare job sites before the concrete is poured and cleaning up once the project is complete.

Additional qualifications include strong mechanical skills, the ability to exert heavy physical

effort, and knowledge of safety codes and regulations for building sites.

Cement Mason Finisher

Full Time & Part Time

Cement Mason - Concrete Finisher - Installs concrete formwork for interior and exterior slabs,

curbs, sidewalks, roads, and buildings. Duties and responsibilities include pouring concrete into

forms, screeding, leveling and finishing concrete. In this position you will use a variety of hand and power tools including hand trowels, power trowels, floats, and finishers, as well as working with large equipment, including mixers and pumps. This career is physically demanding; and requires lifting, carrying, pulling, bending, and kneeling to place formwork and concrete. Other responsibilities include helping prepare job sites before the concrete is poured and cleaning up once the project is complete. Crew Leader/Foreman

Full Time & Part Time

Concrete Construction Foreman - Supervises a team that builds and constructs forms, concrete

structures, and pours concrete on a variety of construction sites. Duties and responsibilities

involve both people and project management and is expected to plan and assign tasks as necessary. The foreman works with and ensures proper use of equipment, maintains an inventory of materials and supplies, and oversees all associated work on the job site. You are an expert in formwork, rebar installation, and multiple concrete finishing techniques. You leverage your leadership skills and knowledge of ADA, OSHA, and MIOSHA regulations to ensure that each project is completed according to specifications and within budget. Additionally, you

interact with clients and your peers, providing status reports, man hours and answering questions as needed. This career is physically demanding; and requires lifting, carrying, pulling, bending, and kneeling to place formwork and concrete. Boom Truck Operator – Responsible for safe, efficient operation and transport of overhead

boom truck and equipment. Duties include developing a daily work plan with leadership,

gathering, transporting, organizing, loading/unloading various concrete forms, construction materials, equipment and transporting to and from various worksites. This position requires

strong working knowledge of various concrete forms, equipment and materials. This career is physically demanding; and requires lifting, carrying, pulling, bending, and kneeling to place formwork and concrete. Other responsibilities include helping prepare job sites before the concrete is poured and cleaning up once the project is complete. Additional qualifications include strong mechanical skills, the ability to exert heavy physical effort, and knowledge of safety codes and regulations for building sites.

Operators must possess Class A or B CDL driver certification and pass annual DOT required

physical.

Pump Operator

Full Time & Part Time

Pump Truck Operator – Responsible for safe, efficient operation and transport of overhead

pump truck and equipment. Duties include developing a daily work plan with leadership to

transport and maintain the overhead pump truck and associated equipment. As a pump operator, you monitor equipment, pressure, temperature and concrete flow to ensure that there are no abnormalities with the transfer of the concrete from the truck to the form. Responsibilities include keeping careful record of all observations and discrepancies that might indicate a safety or operational problem. For a career as a pump operator, you need strong mechanical skills, the ability to read gauges, understand equipment operation and be able to perform mathematical and data analysis. Other responsibilities include helping prepare job sites before the concrete is poured and

cleaning up once the project is complete. Additional qualifications include strong mechanical skills, the ability to exert heavy physical effort, and knowledge of safety codes and regulations for building sites.

Full Time & Part Time

A concrete worker specializes in constructing, pouring and building with concrete. As a concrete

worker, your general responsibilities include building forms, pouring and finishing concrete. You

may also be required to assist with other concrete footing, wall, slab, curb and concrete work required by the company. All employees are required to follow all safety rules and regulations.
